At no point was the price higher and at no point was I offered a payment option outside the initial budget parameters I had set. Dustin in the finance department was also wonderful to work with. Our salesperson, Holly, worked hard to find the vehicle with the exact options that we requested. We discussed what was important to us and what was not. We appreciated the fact that Holly did not try to oversell, as many sales people are inclined to do. Once we settled on a vehicle, Dustin walked us through the purchase documents and explained the options available for extended warranties. He answered all our questions and gave us excellent advice. We took possession of a vehicle that was spotless and prepared just for us. Before we drove away, Holly gave us an in car tutorial of all the features that our Pacifica is equipped with.. All in all, our experience with Cassens was very pleasant and satisfying. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family. More

Just a great experience. I had some pretty strict guidelines for what I was looking for to meet my personal goals. Tony didn't attempt to up sell me or talk me in to more than I had some pretty strict guidelines for what I was looking for to meet my personal goals. Tony didn't attempt to up sell me or talk me in to more than I wanted. He seemed honestly interested in helping me find what I was looking for. No high pressure sales tactics, I didn't feel 'worked', and left with a clear understanding of the deal. When it came time to sign, Jack in finance didn't try to sneak in extra addons and went thru the papers with me to ensure I knew what I was signing. Definitely worth your time to stop by Cassens.
