I factory ordered a Ram 1500 Longhorn and he worked his butt off and got every detail right. His attention to detail was incredible. He followed up and insured that it was correct and kept me informed on the progress every step of the way. Best car buying experience, ever For months we have been researching and searching for a Pacifica minivan. Last fall I had spotted the vehicle we ultimately bought today. Our new Pacifica is equipped exactly as I had hoped but due to external circumstances, we couldn't buy until today. The price advertised was bought paid for it and every detail of the transaction was done with respect to the buying public. The closing was done professionally by the finance manager.
