A dealership you can trust! Cassens is a clean and well run dealership. They have their act together, I have bought about 16 cars or vans from them over a 30 year period. Some were company vehicles and some were personal usage. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Never felt pressured and no one tried to sell me anything I didn't want or need. While I did not work with him on this most recent visit, I have to add that the service manager Mike Hasamear is a class act and knows how to take care of customer problems. More

Great service I had a recall. In fact it’s thethird one we have gotten on our 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. Since it is handicap accessible we bought it from another deal I had a recall. In fact it’s thethird one we have gotten on our 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. Since it is handicap accessible we bought it from another dealer but these guys always take care of us and repair the recall pretty darn fast. We would recommend this dealership for purchasing a new vehicle. More
