No BS I’d have been looking at cars for 2 months. I found the mustang in Car Gurus and came up to look at it. Met Cliff and discussed what I wanted to look I’d have been looking at cars for 2 months. I found the mustang in Car Gurus and came up to look at it. Met Cliff and discussed what I wanted to look at and my wants as far as a car. We looked over the car and he asked if I would like to drive it. I did and upon return he asked how I liked it. I loved it, but there were other cars I had planned on looking at and driving. I relayed that information to Cliff and he didn’t give me any hassle at all. He said that he’d be there till 5 and wished me luck. To me, that was huge. Zero pressure to keep me there and not go look at other cars. I was shocked. But I really appreciated that. Nobody likes to feel pressured. Really when spending a lot of money. I did look at other cars but loved the mustang. I contacted Cliff the following Monday and we discussed price and what my expectations were. Within 15 minutes he said he could meet my wishes. He quickly sent over the loan application. Within another 5 minutes I was approved. At that point I told him I’d be at the dealer around 7. I got there and he was with another customer. Another sales guy let him know I was there and then sat and just chatted with us until Cliff was able to assist me. Cliff took me back to Jack and 10 minutes later, I owned a car. 100% painless. No trying to sell me 500 warranties or extra stuff. Every thing was exactly as described. I’ve never bought a car this easily. No haggle, no bs. I will highly recommend Cassens to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
