Mike let us test drive all the vehicles we were curious about, and even though it was cold and snowy out, he warmed them all up for us and scraped the ice off so that we could still do so. All the vehicles we drove were ones that we saw online, except for one was a vehicle that Mike recommended for us. In the end, this is the car that we ended up purchasing! Mike knew what would work for us based on our needs and we are more than happy with our purchase. Not to mention, the process was so easy. We signed documents and had the car within an hour.
