After finding a vehicle we were interested in on-line, we called with some questions. Mike Heermann took our call and was very helpful so we decided to drive over from St Louis to test drive the vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership we stood watching and listening (for several minutes) to someone on a personal phone call. We walked back outside and inside again.....she was still on the call. We discussed leaving as this was not a good first impression. Obviously we just wanted some one to ask if we needed help. We were about to leave when she ended the phone call and asked if we needed help. Fortunately, our experience improved drastically when we began dealing with Mike. Mike answered all of our questions and was very professional and cordial, while also being very friendly and personable. Our experience with Jack Gai, while brief, was also good. This was by far the best car purchase I have ever made. I have always dreaded going car shopping and I have sat in dealerships 6 to 7 hours for a purchase and this dealership was not like that at all nor was have always dreaded going car shopping and I have sat in dealerships 6 to 7 hours for a purchase and this dealership was not like that at all nor was our sales woman. We were in and out within 35 minutes. There was also zero pressure when we just swing by to look but ended up finding the car we needed. They could feel a little hesitancy and they told us to just go home and think about it and think about what's best for our family. We didn't even need to go home we made the purchase right there!
