Fantastic buying experience. Purchased a brand new 2020 Jeep Cherokee last year in February. Contacted my great salesman Tony Goodman on upgrading to a Grand Cherokee. Mike did a great job in the Sales Department in assisting me with my new manufactured Jeep Gladiator purchase. He made the whole process really smooth and he was in contact with me the entire time through v me with my new manufactured Jeep Gladiator purchase. He made the whole process really smooth and he was in contact with me the entire time through vehicle purchase/pick-up. He went above and beyond with the operation of the vehicle. The process was stress free and pleasant, Mike was very thorough and knowledgeable. I had a minor issue when picking up my vehicle, but it was resolved immediately to my satisfaction by Mike and the Dealership's Sales Manager in Scott. Dustin did an excellent job in the finance office too! This is a great place to buy a new vehicle and I would do it all over again for sure. If I ever buy another vehicle again, I will definitely be going to Cassens because of their Honesty and their Five Star Customer Service! I highly recommend this dealership.
