Our sales man was great… however the process . Is xxxx… they gave us the lowest quote for our trade in…. Because “they have to replace tires” the two remote keys they gave us, both batteries are going out… they gave us the lowest quote for our trade in…. Because “they have to replace tires” the two remote keys they gave us, both batteries are going out… they could even replace the batteries…. They didn’t even give us an option to get GAP insurance…. They for a dealership that had maybe 10 cars on the lot, and were obviously struggling with inventory.. they didn’t hardly work with us on anything…. The ONLY reason we went through them, is because we got a good interest rate with the lender they got us through…. As for the dealership. Ignorant. More

Very helpful and friendly staff. Salesperson, Tony Goodman, grew up in our area of the state and knows a few people that we know. Finance person actually berated Chrysler. He said the touch screen was junk and I needed an extended warranty on a new vehicle. I would not expect an employee of a Dodge dealership to tell a customer he touch screen was junk and I needed an extended warranty on a new vehicle. I would not expect an employee of a Dodge dealership to tell a customer he sells a bad product just to high pressure sell an unwanted product. The salesman was the only saving grace in process.
