The entire process was excellent. I made a day trip of 500plus miles round trip in one day to take delivery of the vehicle. All my paperwork was ready for me to sign and take possession. My husband and I have purchased a lot of cars. This experience was different. I found our car thru auto trader and sent the dealer an email. Steve Lane texted and emailed me back within 15 minutes. This was on a Friday, I told him we wanted to come look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee the next day. We arrived at the dealership around noon and were out the door with a new car in an hour!
