Cliff Schinkoeth, Sales Consultant and Dustin Simaytis, Business Manager were two great people to work with at Cassens. They both were very knowledgeable about the particular vehicle I showed interest in. Business Manager were two great people to work with at Cassens. They didn't try to steer my interest another way on another vehicle of their choice or what they thought might be a better choice for me. They didn't rush me into a decision. They made sure if I had questions or concerns before my purchase, they would have answers. Because they were so patient and so helpful in every way, it made my experience in buying a vehicle at Cassens the best by far and will go down as my most pleasurable and memorable experience I've had anywhere, purchasing a vehicle. I ORDERED MY 2022 RAM AT PROBABLY ONE OF THE WORST POSSIBLE TIMES IN HISTORY FOR THE AUTOMOTIVE MANUFACTUERES. MY SALESMAN STEVE LANE EXPLAINED UPFRONT THAT IT WAS UNKNOWN WHAT THE DELIVERY DATE WOULD POSSIBLE TIMES IN HISTORY FOR THE AUTOMOTIVE MANUFACTUERES. MY SALESMAN STEVE LANE EXPLAINED UPFRONT THAT IT WAS UNKNOWN WHAT THE DELIVERY DATE WOULD BE. HE KEPT ME INFORMED EVERYTIME HE GOT AN UPDATE ON MY TRUCKS PROGRESS. Mical Mceuen provided me with the best customer service I have ever had. I had concerns about the spacing for the seating and he went above and beyond to make sure I understood how much spacing there was F have ever had. He literally went out and got in the Jeep took measurements And took a picture showing the measurements available after he was sitting in the seat so that I have perspective on legroom. We were able to accomplish the entire deal over the phone through pictures, open communication back-and-forth, and a great deal of attention to my concerns. I live a little over an hour and a half away from the dealership and because of his outstanding service I drove to Cassens to buy my vehicle. This along with several other conversations and concerns is the reason why I say it is the best customer service I have ever had. More
