I geared up to go to this suggested dealership thinking I was going to deal with the stereotype dealer: In your face, aggressive, overly assertive, judgmental. When I pulled into the lot on a Saturday morning I was greeted by the one and only Holly. The patience in her eyes instantly brought me peace. She had a calm certainty to her that offered me space to get all my info on the table without feeling judgement. I told her what I was looking for, she quickly checked on it, and within 10 minutes I was test driving my new vehicle. She kindly handed me off to Brandon in finance. His turn around was so quick my tea was still too hot to drink by the time I was approved! This Family Owned dealership lives and breathes ease. I was so grateful to be referred and now have my dream car!! More
