Awesome experience! My fiance and I had found a car we were interested in at Caskinettes. We have bought from them in the past and had a great experience. I had called ahead to make sure the vehicle was still available, and the receptionist hooked me up with Corey Taylor. I knew from the brief interaction I was going to have a good salesman! We drove through a blizzard to get there and Corey greated us with the car as soon as we pulled in. He was very pleasant and a true pleasure to work with. We had a couple bumps in the process but Corey worked us through them and we were out the door with a new car. I would deffinately recommend Corey Taylor to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. We will be using him again in the future! More

I could have easily over looked writing a review but being so pl A few weeks have gone by since I made my purchase of a Ford Explorer at Caskinette's. I could have easily over looked writing a review but being so pleased with my experience, I couldn't pass the chance to shine a light on a couple of employees that were outstanding. A very friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk through the front doors. Despite knowing a few of the employees, I sat with someone I had not yet met, Corey Taylor. He turned out to be a very respectful and kind hearted gentleman. Looking back now, I couldn't have pictures going through the process with anyone else. When it came to shopping for a new vehicle and test driving with a 2 month old a 3 year old, Corey made the transition seamless. Helping to switch over and carry car seats from each vehicle was very much appreciated. Needless to say, I was very pleased with Corey's professionalism and enthusiasm. Another employee who deserves recognition is David Leonard. I went to him firstly, looking for some direction. Anything you need or have questions with, Dave is very helpful and knowledgeable. After my purchase, I needed a minor repair. After dropping my vehicle off and being told it was a 3 hour job, I was given a rental to run my errands with. When I finished I returned, only to find out the shop was backed up. And again having a newborn and a toddler, Dave sent me home and had a driver deliver my vehicle to my house the next day.Words can't express the thankfulness and and appreciation of this gesture. I know that if I have any further issues in the future, I can count on Dave to help me out.
