Very disappointed Out took five days to deliver .y car due to the check engine light being on a brand new car. I turned my lease in on June 6th it was due June 15 and Out took five days to deliver .y car due to the check engine light being on a brand new car. I turned my lease in on June 6th it was due June 15 and got a call from Ford Credit on June 26th saying my car was late being turned in.. Ford credit went onto say thzt Caskinette fsiled to close out my lease. I explained to them that I turned it on and they said I did not. I asked if it would affect my credit score and she said yes. So very disappointed in my total experience. More

Honestly, the best deal in Northern NY After two weeks of searching online for the type of vehicle that I wanted I decided on a Ford pick up. I then started to research dealerships within After two weeks of searching online for the type of vehicle that I wanted I decided on a Ford pick up. I then started to research dealerships within 150 miles of my location looking for what I wanted. Caskinette Ford offered the best deals by far. Their prices were thousands less than the majority of dealerships in that 150 mile range. The service was outstanding, considering that I live in Florida but bought my truck here. They did their best to help me with the process of sending paperwork back-and-forth, and keeping me up-to-date on what was happening. I highly recommend this dealership. More
