Thanks to Travis the Sales Manager my car was finally fixed and as good as new. I am very pleased with they way things started being handled once TRAVIS got involved. As far as the work done on my car to fix the damage, it is perfect! I'm am extremely happy and pleased with the way Travis helped. We are very sorry that Ms. Willis feels this way.We offered vehicles to Ms. Willis that came with warranty and she demanded that we sell her this car. We disclosed to her that the vehicle was being sold to her as-is. She knew that it was a high mileage car with no warranty, we did nothing wrong here and every employee she dealt with was nothing but honest. The inspection on this vehicle was current and valid, when she asked us to update the inspection even though it was not due we were more than happy to do so at no charge. When we found out that the tires had failed inspection after the miles she had put on it we wanted to help her and offered to pay half. We were generous and gracious for her business and value her as well as we do all of our customers. We are very sorry that she is this dissatisfied. We did more than enough in the way of customer service in this situation.
