They don't do the work and cover it up. I took my passatt in for recalls of the airbag. Engine module, and headlight screws. I waited over three hours. I was told the work was done and the paperwork would be mailed to me.10 days later someone calls to check on the service for review. I had no paperwork so she e-mailed it to me. I look to see ONLY THE HEADLIGHT SCREWS WERE REPLACED IN THE THREE HOURS. NO DEFECTIVE AIRBAG REPLACED NO ENGINE MODULE CORRECTED. I WAS SENT OUT IN AN UNSAFE VEHICLE. so far nothing but sorry. Come back and trust us to do it right and wait another 3+ hours for more poor service. I am disgusted with this inept group of irresponsible nitwits. More
