We had a few hiccups during the process, but Rob always went out of his way to be sure that I was taken care of and satisfied. I purchased my car after returning from a road trip, Rob stayed late on a Saturday waiting for me to finish up my paperwork. He even answered his cell phone at 10:30pm that night when I realized I had left my garage door opener in my old car! We did a test drive of the vehicle and Clayton was able to answer all of my questions. After some meaningful negotiation, we settled on a price. It was a stress free purchase and enjoyed talking with all the staff in the dealership.
