Although the car we were looking for was not on the lot the night we came to the dealership, Trey showed us a similar Passat with all the same features. We returned the next night to check out the actual car we were interested in. Needless to say we were not disappointed. It was a great car with all the features we were looking for, as such we drove away in our new car that night. The entire car buying experience at Casey VW was a pleasure, a rare trait in buying a car these days. Trey was an absolute professional every step of the way. At one point, We noticed our car was missing the floor mats. Trey handled it immediately without question, ordering us a brand new set from the service department and installing them upon arrival. We visited the dealership twice - once to just look & again to test drive. Clayton Moats greeted us and impressed us so much w/ his knowledge and salesmanship that we asked for him for our second visit to give the Passat a test drive. We wanted to purchase from Clayton and would have, but felt that we should test-drive a Lexus first. We decided to purchase the Lexus not because of the sales' approach of the salesman but because of the product. Walking in Trey immediately welcomed me and from the start let me know what some of my options were. He worked for hours trying to get me the best deal. He was patient and understanding and even came in on his day off the following day to finalize my purchase. I was able to get out of the situation I was in and walked away with a great car.
