Our children (both professionals/PhD & Optometrist) have purchased two VW automobiles during the last year - Passat & GTI - therefore, one of our first considerations was the Passat. We visited the dealership twice - once to just look & again to test drive. Clayton Moats greeted us and impressed us so much w/ his knowledge and salesmanship that we asked for him for our second visit to give the Passat a test drive. We wanted to purchase from Clayton and would have, but felt that we should test-drive a Lexus first. We decided to purchase the Lexus not because of the sales' approach of the salesman but because of the product. Great Experience Walking into the Casey dealership I knew I was in a tough situation with my current car and had no expectations if I would be able to get a new car. Walking into the Casey dealership I knew I was in a tough situation with my current car and had no expectations if I would be able to get a new car. Walking in Trey immediately welcomed me and from the start let me know what some of my options were. He worked for hours trying to get me the best deal. He was patient and understanding and even came in on his day off the following day to finalize my purchase. I was able to get out of the situation I was in and walked away with a great car. That had him at the staying way past close. We put a deposit on the car that night. When we came back the next night to finish the paperwork, Trey took extra time to explain every thing to our daughter. This is her first car purchase, and Trey showed her the utmost respect. Shawn worked hard to get the price work-up down to my max payment I was willing to make, then I found another $1300 to cut, and two hours passed before Shawn sent numbers back to me where he had rolled the $1300 in saving back into the vehicle price adding to the dealer profit and not helping me out. More
