Thankful Client I took delivery 6 Nov 2015 of my new 2016 Outback Limited. It had been over 20 years since my last car purchase so I needed a lot of help plus I lived I took delivery 6 Nov 2015 of my new 2016 Outback Limited. He was patient, courteous, efficient, responsive, knowledgeable and professional in every sense. He worked with me on price, answered my many questions, followed through after the sale and even gave me a ride to pick up my new car. Not only was it a joy but also very unusual to work with someone who did every thing possible to insure my complete satisfaction. When I went for service 16 Mar 2016 Clayton helped me with a number of questions I had. John Reese was also excellent in servicing my car and answering my questions. Poor Customer Service!!! Travis and his sales staff too busy eating in front of customers to truly give great service. Sales guy lost my ID and Travis the so called second rat Travis and his sales staff too busy eating in front of customers to truly give great service. Sales guy lost my ID and Travis the so called second rate finance manager was so rude to me. Offered me a $711 car payment for a VW Golf w/a 840 credit score! Then only offered $4000 for my trade in!! Went to another VW dealership and got $7400 for my trade in and a $425 car payment. Travis was over the top rude and when reported to corporate office I never got a returned phone call. Really bad customer service. Hostile environment!!!! More
