I needed to make a quick decision for my new vehicle choice sooner than anticipated (old vehicle sadly can't keep up with my commute anymore) and returned to Casey Subaru towards the end of the day last night. Kashon, Dana, and Paul were all kind, friendly, and efficient without being pushy to get out after a long day at the office :) I'm very satisfied with my purchase and while I am based in Virginia Beach and there are other Subaru dealers closer to where I live, I specifically returned to Casey because of my first experience with Felix and Trey. I was bummed that they were off the day that my old car decided to enter retirement, as they did a my of initial leg work with me, however I'm thrilled with all aspects of service I received and am extremely happy and satisfied with my purchase.
