Great sales people, horrible mantanice team Amazing staff helped me with my purchase they were top notch and knew there stuff. But the mechanics at Casey have had my car for over a week now and Amazing staff helped me with my purchase they were top notch and knew there stuff. But the mechanics at Casey have had my car for over a week now and they have broken a piece of trim once and it’s shipped her broken once. I was given a horrible “rental” not even comparable to the car i had purchased. A used Chevy hhr with almost 100,000 miles on it. Just called the mechanic today and the secretary couldn’t even reach the mechanic for a status on my car. More

My third Subaru. I have been a Subaru owner since 1998. This is the third Subaru for my family, the last two from Casey in Newport News. When Trey Leggett contacted m I have been a Subaru owner since 1998. This is the third Subaru for my family, the last two from Casey in Newport News. When Trey Leggett contacted me about trading in my 2012 Subaru, I was not interested, but I wanted the new technology. After meeting with Trey and working out a good deal, I signed over my car and rode out in a 2018 Subaru. Trey was patient and willing to meet my request in the purchase. Great Customer Service I can't express how grateful I am for the guys at Casey VW!! I was leaving work for the night when I noticed my head light had gone out. I was right I can't express how grateful I am for the guys at Casey VW!! I was leaving work for the night when I noticed my head light had gone out. I was right down the street from Casey VW, so I gave Mike Liggins a call. It was almost closing time for them, but he still said bring it by. They switched out my burnt out headlight, and I was headed home within 10 min!! Thank you guys, you have no idea how much that meant to me! More
