My service advisor, Lexis Harrell, was attentive to the questions I had about my Prius and provided me with favorable feedback after the work was completed. She is very knowledgeable, suggesting a helpful winter driving tip for my other 4-wheel drive vehicle, as well as suggesting places for upholstery repair. Over the last while that I've brought my vehicles in to the dealership, She has helped me in identifying vehicle maintenance items and their costs for my 2 Toyotas. Shawn in service was able to get my car in right away to be checked out. I did need a battery replacement however, they were out of Toyota batteries due to low inventory. They replaced it with a generic brand. The parts manager Phil was very apologetic and worked out a way to get it replaced with a genuine battery when I returned home at my regular Toyota dealer. Casey offered a high level service and good customer care. More
Great Customer Service I took my Rav4 in to get my wipers and brakes fixed. The repair took two days, and Casey provided me with a quality rental car in the meantime (free I took my Rav4 in to get my wipers and brakes fixed. The repair took two days, and Casey provided me with a quality rental car in the meantime (free other than gas). Three weeks later I noticed water was leaking into my cabin, so I took it back to the shop. I also noticed that a part in my engine was obviously tampered with which was probably causing the problem. Mike told me this part would cost over $350 to repair, and I expressed my apprehension considering the part was tampered with. Casey paid the full cost of the replacement part and labor with zero questions asked. Casey clearly places great importance on customer satisfaction. More

Kim at service scheduling was very helpful and made everything seamless with a loaner car. All the paperwork was asked for ahead of time so I was able to fly right through the process. Mike in service got me hooked up and everything was done before the time promised. I was running a few minutes late and they were patient enough to wait on me with a smile despite the inconvenience. Highly recommend this location but I hear all of Casey's locations are top notch. Oh, and the loaner was a brand new Tundra, can't beat that. I'll be back. More
