Service Decided to start changing my own oil after the 2 year free oil change and tire rotation stopped. I actually had to pay for the oil changes a couple of Decided to start changing my own oil after the 2 year free oil change and tire rotation stopped. I actually had to pay for the oil changes a couple of times because they didn't want to do it every 5000 miles. I found that they had left a bolt out of the skid plate which has to be taken off to get to the oil filter, and the cover which fits over the drain plug was also missing. Glad I decided to do this myself now !! More

Vacation Saver I wanted to thank Gene and the service department for their excellent customer service. We recently vacationed to Williamsburg and had an issue with o I wanted to thank Gene and the service department for their excellent customer service. We recently vacationed to Williamsburg and had an issue with our Sienna. We called and got an appointment right away. Our issue was resolved and my van runs better than new and our gas mileage improved by 3/miles to the gallon. Dealership was clean and staff was very friendly and professional. We are thankful that we got to enjoy our vacation! More
Exceptional service experience every time. We own a Camry and a Venza. No one touches these vehicles except Casey personnel, Gene Riddle and team specifically. I have been bringing both vehicles to Casey for 5 years now. NEVER have I been disappointed with their professionalism, product knowledge or skill levels. It is the same every time--a friendly receptionist answers the phone in 3 rings or less, puts you thru to an anxious to please you scheduler who books you an appointment that is JUST the time/day that you want. You are then all set. Upon arrival, someone immediately guides you into the indoor parking area, welcomes you to Casey, and brings you over to your team leader. In my case, Gene Riddle, completes my work order (it has already been started), he invites me into the pleasant lounge, while his team inspects my vehicle. Gene then brings their findings to me in the lounge, we agree on the best course of action, they do the work, I pay and I go my way. Totally satisfied again. More

Good service I have been using Casey Toyota service since 2000.In the beginning years there service was great,I don't remember exactly when but there service went I have been using Casey Toyota service since 2000.In the beginning years there service was great,I don't remember exactly when but there service went downhill.Since they moved to there new location in Williamsburg there service again has been very good. I bought the last two Toyotas from Casey Toyota and will more than likely purchase my next Toyota from them too. More

Surprising results from service Just got my 4Runner back from normal service, oil and cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised from the cleaning when all the white paint on my fenders wa Just got my 4Runner back from normal service, oil and cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised from the cleaning when all the white paint on my fenders was removed. This white on my gray vehicle came from parking lot encounters. All is now gone the 4Runner looks great. Special thanks to the detailing team for a job well done. More
