My husband and I had a car break down due to a broken timing belt and ended up having to purchase a car about 6 months before we were planning to. Kevin met us at the door and took us around the lot to see what we were interested in. After making a lap, we didn't really see anything we were dying to look at. So we went inside and Kevin sat down with us and asked us about other cars we had seen or driven to try and get a feel for what we needed. Then he looked up online some of the vehicles and managed to find us exactly what we were looking for. He was very straight forward with us and didn't try to push us to look at anything we weren't excited about. We actually only looked at that one car before we bought it. During the test drive, he answered all our questions without being a pushy salesman. He let us talk it through and decide how we felt about the car.
