Ellen responded immediately and connected us with salesman Miles Casey. Miles, Ellen, Katie Gilbert in Service and the entire Casey team took great care of us for the day while we explored our options, ultimately deciding to trade in the Camry for a 2014 RAV4. We are thrilled with our choice, thankful for their recommendations and assistance, and were psyched to be able to drive it home same day. A great experience My husband and I made an appointment with Robert Hobbs to look at the new Highlander. It seemed much larger than our 06, and was not what we hoped My husband and I made an appointment with Robert Hobbs to look at the new Highlander. It seemed much larger than our 06, and was not what we hoped it would be for us. Robert asked if we wanted to drive the new Venza. What a great read on our needs and wants! Robert nailed it. I knew what I was looking for before coming in and they did not try to sell me another car (just because it was on the lot). Michael helped me evaluate the options within the Highlander to confirm I had chosen the right one and then located a vehicle that matched my needs. Ellen is now the General Sales Manager, but did not hesitate to come out and say hello to us during our visits. I love my Highlander and feel that I was offered a fair deal.
