Carlos Santi greeted me and made an excellent first impression. He was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable about vehicle performance and ratings for all the different makes and models I was asking about. He never tried to convince me or pressure me, which helped me relax and trust him. I told him I wanted to go home and think about it and he didn't try to pull the "my manager will only okay this for today" routine. He made the entire process very positive and actually enjoyable. The finance manager, Ernie Hensel, was amazing also. No shell game, no gimmicks, just helpful information and full disclosure (which didn't happen in my previous purchase at another dealer in town.) They both listened to my concerns and needs and helped me come to a great decision in the end. So I am now a happy and proud owner of a new Prius V that I am certain will serve me well for many years! More

Great Customer Service I took my Rav4 in to get my wipers and brakes fixed. The repair took two days, and Casey provided me with a quality rental car in the meantime (free I took my Rav4 in to get my wipers and brakes fixed. Three weeks later I noticed water was leaking into my cabin, so I took it back to the shop. I also noticed that a part in my engine was obviously tampered with which was probably causing the problem. Mike told me this part would cost over $350 to repair, and I expressed my apprehension considering the part was tampered with. Casey paid the full cost of the replacement part and labor with zero questions asked. Casey clearly places great importance on customer satisfaction. More

I was amazed at the Prius's pep, space and comfort. I loved everything about the car, but preferred a different exterior color. Ron said it would be no problem finding what I wanted. By next week, I will be the proud owner of a 2015 Prius V and at the price I wanted to pay. BTW, it comes with 2 years free maintenance. It will be special because it isn't just any Prius....it is a CASEY TOYOTA PRIUS!!! I recommend Casey Toyota and Ron Lassiter to anyone looking for a Toyota vehicle. More
