They put the customer first! Great Service Team. Came in at appointed time late Friday afternoon before July 4th weekend and learned they were backed up and it would take an hour Great Service Team. To my surprise, my service rep, Lexis, called my name in less than an hour. She had made the effort to rearrange some schedules to get someone on my car earlier than expected, which I greatly appreciated as I live 40 minutes away and had to be home for a dinner party. We recently vacationed to Williamsburg and had an issue with our Sienna. We called and got an appointment right away. Our issue was resolved and my van runs better than new and our gas mileage improved by 3/miles to the gallon. Dealership was clean and staff was very friendly and professional.
