Wow! These folks take care of their customers! WOW! By far the best car purchasing experience I have ever had! I arrived looking in the lot for the vehicle I had arranged to purchase. It was not on the lot, it was inside the showroom detailed immaculately ready for me to look over before completing the purchase. Mark Turner greated me outside of the dealership when I arrived about 10 minutes early, he had everything in order to complete my purchase start to finish. While I was made aware of optional accessories & extended service contracts it was never a hard sell which I appreciate! They even have an insurance sales professional on staff if you want to check for the best rate for insuring your vehicle. Kiana took time to go over features of the vehicle with me, she set up my phone & favorite radio stations. It was helpful and didn't take long. Mark introduced me to the service advisor that will be handling my vehicle and set up a courtesy appointment for them to look over vehicle, top off fluids, and address any concerns I have after 1,000 miles. Service department looks like they have it together, I actually look forward to working with them! Top notch facility, genuinely friendly and helpful staff, competitive pricing, it doesn't get any better than this! More

This is not a dealership service department that I trust. 3 different service visits leaves me in a state of wondering how many other people have had similar experiences. I have left feeling decieved concerning charges and service work upon these visits. I will drive many miles to another Toyota dealer for service needs. Yes,California, if necessary! I will not be returning to buy a car or for service. We own three Toyota's. I guess I need to visit the Rip Off report website next to complete the whole story! Pleasantly surprised I came there thinking I would be treated like just any woman coming on the lot, they're going to try and take advantage of me.
