Problem solved. It was time for an oil change and tire rotation. Lexis mentioned that it was recommended that the rear differential fluid be changed. When they started to grab, I made an appointment with Lexis. Her team checked out the brakes and said I needed rear brakes They also said I would be back soon to have my front brakes replaced. We came in to take a quick look at Toyota vans and, to our own surprise, we ended up buying a new Sienna van and a used Lexus sedan. Chris listened to our needs and did not attempt to steer us to anything more. He was well informed of the Toyota products features and, even more impressive, he was well aware of the competitors' products that we had also been considering. He let my wife and me take a few test drives in a number of vehicles and Chris patiently oriented us to each of them before we drove away. He spent a great deal of time with us in an unrushed manner, gave us first-rate attention, and best of all, he was low pressure throughout the process. Chris introduced us to the Sales Manager, David Gabris, who was direct but cheery, pleasant, and humorous as he worked with us to get a good price. I rarely write reviews but felt i owed it this time - Such a great all-around buying experience! I highly recommend the dealership and will be back! More
