Outstanding service provided by Don Matol I recently had my under-engine splash shield come loose and start dragging. It was 4:45 on Friday afternoon so I went straight to Casey Honda in hope I recently had my under-engine splash shield come loose and start dragging. It was 4:45 on Friday afternoon so I went straight to Casey Honda in hopes of buying the fasteners for my husband to do the repair. When I told my problem to Don Matol, he took my car in and had it fixed in about 40 minutes. I certainly wasn't expecting that and my husband sure appreciated having his weekend free! Don went above and beyond to take care of me! More

Outstanding Customer Support!!! I recently had a service visit (1995 Honda Delsol) with Casey Honda and was extremely pleased with the service department. The “Quarterback” of THIS I recently had a service visit (1995 Honda Delsol) with Casey Honda and was extremely pleased with the service department. The “Quarterback” of THIS team is Don Matol. He is TRULY a service department dream come true! Mr. Matol understands the NEEDS and WANTS of the customer and takes care of them without hesitation. If I had to sum it up in one word of Don Matol It would be “Excellence”!!! Don Matol has always been consistent and his word is his bond. From the time you walk in the door until your service is complete Don Matol is there ensuring you’re being taken care of. The service department staff has also provided “exceptional” customer service. When I walk in the lounge I’m always greeted with a smile from Amanda and Vera. They always provide excellent “customer service and most importantly…”ice cream”. It’s nice to go to a place where you can get “one stop” assistance from a professional staff. From the service manager (Mr. Grant Meadows) to Kiley you can always expect exceptional customer support from this team of experts. Great sales experience but poor service department quality We used USAA to get the best pricing in the area and Casey was at the top of the list so we left Priority Honda where the staff wasn't pleasant to dea We used USAA to get the best pricing in the area and Casey was at the top of the list so we left Priority Honda where the staff wasn't pleasant to deal with and upon arrival to Casey the sales staff was very pleasant. We had a great experience while purchasing our Honda Odyssey and the staff even stayed passed closing to complete our transaction and show us some of the details of our vehicle. But after we had our van home for a couple of days that is when our experience went south. We purchased some dealer installed aftermarket products during our purchase, a remote start & luggage racks, which after a couple of days we had to call to see when the parts were expected and to notify the salesman of some grease smudges we found in the daylight on the passenger leather seat. The parts came in Wednesday and our appointment was made to drop off our vehicle Saturday at 10:30, we purchased the van on the proceeding Saturday, and when dropping off our van I pointed out the grease stains on the seat and asked the service associate when it would be ready, he stated it would be after lunch when the van would be ready. Well at 3:30 we called to check on the progress so we could plan dinner for that evening after our 2 year old woke from his nap. We were told that it was not ready but should be ready tomorrow, Sunday and were asked if we needed a loaner vehicle but we didn't at the time. On Sunday afternoon around 2:00 we had not heard anything so another call was and made and apparently the service department is closed on Sunday, which we could not believe the staff didn't know that on Saturday when we were told it would be ready Sunday so we had to arrange to go pick up a loaner vehicle so my wife could get to work on monday with our 2 boys and we were told it would be ready Monday. When leaving the dealership with the loaner vehicle we found that it was almost empty of fuel so we returned and got the dealer to put fuel in the vehicle. On Monday at 4:30 and no word about the status of our van another call was made to find out that it still was not ready and we had to remain in the loaner vehicle for another day and that he didn't know what was taking so long because the service guys were not there but that it should be ready tomorrow. So at 1:45 on Tuesday we made another call and found out that our van was finally ready. After leaving work my wife said she felt like she was a burden to the service staff because she didn't arrive before 6 pm but was there at 10 after and the 1 service member that was there couldn't find the key to our van and then found it in someone else's folder and then he was acting bothered when she asked him to show her how to use the remote start and stated that he needed to make a phone call because he had people waiting on him and this was a day he was getting off on time. My wife exclaimed she had people waiting on her as well because we had dinner plans with family in from out of town and kids being watched by family because I had not yet gotten of work either. After getting the van home I found that there was still 2 of the 3 grease stains on the seat and another spot on the roof of the vehicle that was pointed out on the night we purchased our van had not been taken care of either. Sorry to say that our first experience with the service department of Casey Honda was not satisfactory. We felt that if we didn't call to check on our vehicle we would never have known what was going on and we or our satisfaction were no longer a priority to them. We have voiced our and I must add that with every contact that was made with our salesman, Jonathan D., that he was very polite and curtious and seemed to do his best to take care of our needs even though we had to make all of the phone calls to inquire about the progress of our vehicle. We felt Jonathan or a service center member should of kept us informed about our vehicles status daily. Management stated that the repairs were done in the time allotted by Honda therefore they were not in the wrong but understood our frustration and are giving us a free tank of fuel and a free wash.
