I felt service was very personalized. Brought my Honda in for routine service. Don is a credit to Casey Honda I bought my CR-V new in 2009 and have had very little need for any service , but for each oil change and inspection, Don treats me like a valued custo I bought my CR-V new in 2009 and have had very little need for any service , but for each oil change and inspection, Don treats me like a valued customer, as he does everyone that I hear in the wait area, he is very honest and great at explanation of service, this time I needed new tires all around, and never though much about buying them at a dealer in all my 5- yrs owning cars, with Don it was easy.
