I have recently gone through a lot of dissatisfaction over maintenance of my truck at that make's local dealership and decided to do a little research this time. Collette was great in explaining what was to be done and answering any questions I had. The work was done in a timely manner. Through the on-line scheduling service (which was superior to other local dealerships), we were able to get an appointment early Friday morning after Thanksgiving. The problem was identified quickly and we were provided with the peace of mind to enable us to make the return trip home without concern.
