State Inspection I recently came in for my yearly state inspection. As always, I was warmly greeted by my service advisor, Don Matol. He always takes care of me with excellent service and advice. I didn't have to wait long at all for my state inspection and everything was taken care of for me. He even replaced my rear brake light bulb for free! I really look forward to visiting the Casey Honda service center & seeing Don's smiling face. He is always realistic and upfront about what attention my car needs and he also puts things into perspective as far as what can be a safety issue. Great service despite not having an appointment I stopped in at the last minute without an appointment, and was expecting either a lengthy wait or being told I had to schedule an appointment and ret I stopped in at the last minute without an appointment, and was expecting either a lengthy wait or being told I had to schedule an appointment and return at a later date. I was really impressed that my car was ready within an hour, especially considering I left another place of business because they told me it was going to be a 5 hour wait. He quickly identified any Don Matol again exceeded my expectations when bringing in a "new to me" used Odyssey for its first service to Casey Honda. He quickly identified any recall and extended warranty items and had the vehicle checked out comprehensively to ensure the items were taken care of before the warranty ran out. On top of that, when Don and the technician team noticed a critical item left behind, they quickly remedied the error and did more than "make me whole" but truly went above and beyond to ensure I knew they had my safety and best interests in mind. His integrity in identifying and correcting the issue is one reason I will continue to bring my vehicles in for service at Casey Honda. More
