I knew the exact specs I wanted for my new Honda Accord Coupe--year, trim level & color (both interior/exterior). I purchased my first Pilot from Mark Bowles in October 2005, but I started looking at them and met Mark in 2004. Mark renewed my faith in car dealers. I was very disappointed with another dealer, almost giving up. Then Mark called and offered me a deal and I accepted.
