Wonderful experience! My wife and I were just doing some research on the 2016 Pilots and seeing how the new body style looked. Her professionalism, her politeness from the start, and her knowledge on the Pilot is what made our decision much easier. We weren't planning to buy until December. But with how Alyx treated us we moved forward with the purchase that day. The Pilot got to Casey sooner than we thought and the whole process was very smooth and simple.
