Terrible sales rep BUT a wonderful service advisor - Don I bought a Honda Accord 2013 back in January 2013 here at Casey and the sales rep threatened me he would prevent me from coming to Casey because I wa I bought a Honda Accord 2013 back in January 2013 here at Casey and the sales rep threatened me he would prevent me from coming to Casey because I wanted to walk out on the sales price. But I plan to buy another Honda (not from that guy obviously) because of the honesty and excellent customer service rendered by Don Matol. I even want to bring my NISSAN to Casey because of his quality service. I hope he stays there a long time, but I feel he will get promoted to somewhere else soon. Quality service and honesty are hard to find these days. More
