He is always realistic and upfront about what attention my car needs and he also puts things into perspective as far as what can be a safety issue. State Inspection I recently came in for my yearly state inspection. As always, I was warmly greeted by my service advisor, Don Matol. I had my first pleasant car buying experience ever! For many years I would not have considered buying a car from a Casey dealership. She have me firm answers - not maybes or abouts (if you know what I mean). Because of Jaime I went to Casey Honda to purchase my new CRV. At the dealership Jaime introduced me to Rick. What I said I wanted was respected. Rick at no time tried to sell me a more expensive car. He did provide me with options for financing and lots of information about the car I selected. There was no need to haggle. I did my homework and knew the Casey price was as low or lower than any other local dealership. Information about dealer prep costs was clearly posted. I knew what I was getting and what it would cost me. I had a very good car buying experience and would be glad to recommend friends deal with Rick and Jaime. More
