Flexible I had my oil changed today and had them check out a couple of noises that I had been experiencing over the last few months with my Odyssey. Unfortunat I had my oil changed today and had them check out a couple of noises that I had been experiencing over the last few months with my Odyssey. Unfortunately, due to heavy rains at the time, it was too loud for them to hear any noises my van may have been making. However, I was told to just stop in one day, when Im in the neighborhood and my van is making those noises, and they will get a technician to ride along with me so he can hear the noises as well. I appreciated this flexibility and helpful gesture, and will be sure to stop in at my convenience. Thanks Katie for offering a solution to figuring out what those mysterious noises are. More

I told her that we wanted an EX-L Pilot and when she told me they had one in-stock in the exact color choice we wanted, I couldn't believe it. She called me back right away to verify it was still available then we put a deposit down to hold the Pilot until we could make it down there. She made it that simple. Then we went in a few days later and met with Alyx and she introduced us to Rick who did all the paperwork. We got through all the paperwork with ease and before we knew it, we were driving away in our new Pilot. Thank you both for the great work!
