No one wants to hear that they need a repair on their car, but it comes a lot easier when the news is given by someone that you trust. Collette always has the best interest of her customers at heart and when she tells you need something, you know it is necessary and not just a sells pitch. She always maintains the same respect and kindness for her customers, even if the customer is upset and not showing the same respect. Great job in a short time Needed an oil change and some other items serviced on the CRV. Catherine got everything lined up in short order and I went off to the customer lounge. We were able to finalize all of the negotiations via email with Alyx and then when we came to the dealership, Ryan was very accommodating of our limited time. He helped us to understand all the features of our Pilot and answered or got us the answers to any questions that we asked him. Ryan made the delivery process very smooth and easy. He also checked in with us after the sale to make sure we were still loving our new SUV without being pushy or obtrusive.
