I purchased a car away from my hometown, I felt at home. I spoke to the manager, Bill, he was great. He referred me to Tommy Malone, he was fantastic, he delivered the car to my home. I bought a 2006 Nissan Sentra from Casey back in 2012 and was pleased with that experience with Joel Morancy. He called me, got my updated information, and lead me to Lyndon at Casey Honda. They were EXTREMELY helpful and not only made sure that I received a brand new 2016 Honda Accord, but they gave me the one that I was stalking on the website! Never in my life had I gone through such a positive car buying experience! Now, unfortunately, I will have to make that long trip to buy my NEXT car from Casey LOL! More
overprising of repairs Took my Honda Pilot to Casey to get a repair. The driver side window would no longer operate. Received a quote for $749.00. Took my car to Big Al's... Took my Honda Pilot to Casey to get a repair. The driver side window would no longer operate. Received a quote for $749.00. Took my car to Big Al's....They fixed the window, works like a champ. My cost? $177.00. Now I'm no mathematician...but it would appear that Casey Honda's service estimates are grotesquely inflated. More
