I don't think they deserve even 1 star, I brought my Odyssey for an appointment to have 2 recalls done at 9AM on July 18th. I was told it would take about 4 hours. At 2PM and asked them to check on c Odyssey for an appointment to have 2 recalls done at 9AM on July 18th. I was told it would take about 4 hours. At 2PM and asked them to check on cars progress. They hadn't even started on the recall work and wanted to give me a loaner and come back the next day. I live an hour and a half away, I was furious and just took my car home. Unbelievable that they would treat a customer like this! They have lost me as a customer. More

Our sales representative was Karla and I can't say enough good things about how she treated my wife and I. My wife and I have purchased many cars over the years and I have to say purchasing from Karla and Casey Honda has been the best car buying experience yet. No high pressure, great timely communication of the status of our vehicles delivery. Our CRV came in a littler earlier than expected which was great! When we went to take delivery, there was an issue with some kind of module (not sure) and Karla did not want us to have issues with a vehicle on the way home and provided us with a loaner until the issue was fixed. We also purchased window tinting which Casey worked in while the module issue was being corrected. The piece of mind knowing the new car was fixed right and there were no problems is priceless! Had an oil change and tire rotation done. Had to immediately return as they overfilled my tires by 5 pounds. Then had to return almost 3 weeks later as I was still leaking oil. Have been dealing with Casey for over 30 years and every year now it seems the service is getting worse and worse! Guess it may be time to move on! More
