Horrible Customer Service I call this dealership twice about my temporary license plate that expired on 9/3/16. I never received a call back. As of today, 9/6/16, this is the third time I've called and let my name and phone number. Now, I can't drive the vehicle I recently purchased because I don't have a valid license plate. You would think a car dealership would inform their customers of their license plate before their temporary license plate expired, not the other way around. More

However, that didn't stop Brandon T. from helping our family get the car of our dreams. He made the process simple and really cared about what car fit our needs best. My husband and I spent some time contemplating on a few cars but Brandon was patient and didn't pressure us into getting the most expensive car on the lot but told us to take our time to find something that would really make our family happy and would benefit us the most. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. Glad to have met such a great salesman. If you're looking for someone who is all about the customer..GO WITH BRANDON..THE BEST SALESMAN EVER! Also, the finance man I believe his name was Derek H. was very easy to work with and helped us get the best bang for our buck. Thanks you guys! More

Routine Sevice for my 2010 Honda Accord with 109,000 miles I bought my car in 2009 and have only taken it to Casey Honda for the service needed.
