After her quickness in getting back to us, her knowledge on the vehicle and her professsionalism, we gave her a deposit to hold the vehicle until we could get there. Don comes through again! Purchased two tires from Casey last month, TPMS came on and noticed one of them was really low on air. Called Don at Casey Honda service, he said brin Purchased two tires from Casey last month, TPMS came on and noticed one of them was really low on air. Called Don at Casey Honda service, he said bring it right in and we will take care of it. Having my own compressor I was able to put enough air in to get me to Casey. He indicated they treat this as an emergency and within 30 minutes of arrival they repaired the tire (found a screw in it). Fortunately the tires have road hazard insurance, therefore, there was no charge. They even did their inspection of the vehicle while it was there, and this was late in the day. Thanks Don for another great service experience. More
