My service advisor, Don, is attentive to each guest ( I feel more welcomed than just a customer) while still acknowledging the next guest who approaches the counter on each visit consistently. This was my first time working with Chris for my first free oil change and first time ever being serviced in less than 30 minutes at this location. I hope Casey Honda will consider doing free oil changes for as long as I have my current car instead of just the first two years. As there is at least one other dealership that offers this and more. Newport News was further than we wanted to drive. But Ms. Carneal made this process so easy and hassle free. Alyx contacted me right away, got me a price, sent me pictures and told me about the Accord Hybrid more in detail. After her quickness in getting back to us, her knowledge on the vehicle and her professsionalism, we gave her a deposit to hold the vehicle until we could get there. Once we arrived, Scott took over and made the process once again go very smoothly.
