Previously on of my biggest concerns leaving a luxury vehicle and now in a Honda I was concerned I would not recieve the amenities that my luxury dealer provided, but today Casey Honda is on my "Luxury" list! When I returned home i realized I left my keys and when I returned for them Don helped me get my keys despite the fact the service shop was closed. It because of days like today... I love Casey Honda! Thank so much! More

I must say that I was not looking forward to the purchase of a new car ( my 2000 Honda Civic LX finally needed more work than I wished to spend) my ca I must say that I was not looking forward to the purchase of a new car ( my 2000 Honda Civic LX finally needed more work than I wished to spend) my car carried me over 243,,000 miles very safely and reliably. Of course , I thought of no other car but a Honda !!!! So here I go with reinforcements ( my son). We dealt with his salesman ( who sold him his car and his fiancé's). Scott Gregoire was wonderful. Professional and friendly and cognizant of my apprehension. He eased my fears and gave me a deal that no other dealership would do!!! Seth Garcia met me outside , as I drove up to pick up my new tags. Not only did he escort me to the desk to sign for my tags, but he also put them on my beautiful, new Honda!!! Very happy with our experience-especially Ryan Beard Our car buying experience started with Ryan Beard at Casey Honday about six months before we actually drove off in our 2017 Honda Pilot. Following th Our car buying experience started with Ryan Beard at Casey Honday about six months before we actually drove off in our 2017 Honda Pilot. Following that initial drive we made several return trips to Casey Honda as well as numerous other dealerships in the area and out-of state. We had a number in mind that we did not want to exceed. Upon exiting one meeting with Ryan without a deal, he ensured us that he would keep working to try and get us in the car that we wanted at the price we could afford. Ryan kept in contact with us for the next several weeks. Not the daily badgering emails or phone calls that some dealers use, but just occasionally dropping a line to let us know he was still looking for us. Eventually, the stars aligned, and we were able to drive off the lot with our new Pilot. We are so appreciative for the experience Ryan provided us as first time new-car buyers and would recommend him without hesitation. More
Rockstar !!! I was so worried my 2015 Pilot was leaking fluid. With two kids to pick up in a couple of hours and a limited budget I was stressed... Billy assured m I was so worried my 2015 Pilot was leaking fluid. With two kids to pick up in a couple of hours and a limited budget I was stressed... Billy assured me that no matter what he would ensure that I had a vehicle to go get my babies. I waited and the staff offered free coffee and even an opportunity for an appraisal on my Pilot. The Pilot was fine just a loose plug. Billy and the Casey Honda team replaced the oil for free and had it back to me in plenty of time to pick my children up from childcare. Billy is a Rockstar!! More
