Warranty work on '04 Pilot I took my '04 Honda Pilot in for warranty work on passenger side airbag. Also had issues with the A/C not cooling. He had to order a part which took several days, but Don kept me well informed on status, trouble shooting the A/C issue and potential fixes. He is a total professional 100 percent of the time! Excellent Service We have a 2016 Civic EX and were experiencing some issues with the electronics. I called Don Matol and he made an appointment to check the system. I We have a 2016 Civic EX and were experiencing some issues with the electronics. I called Don Matol and he made an appointment to check the system. It turned out to be only the need for an update to the software for the module. Don kept us up to date on what the status was throughout the process and when it looked like the time would be excessive he arranged for a loaner car to be available, if needed.
