He went way out of his way to help us make our purchase decision, making himself available to us after office hours and on his days off. His knowledge of Honda vehicles, as well as those of Honda's competitors is simply amazing. Once we decided on the Accord, he went to great lengths to find us a car that had the options and exterior/interior colors we wanted. When our new car arrived on the Casey Honda lot, he spent a lot of time teaching us how to operate all the "new technology" that's in today's vehicles. He even preset desired radio channels for us, and electronically connected our Smartphones to the Accord's mobile phone capability. I might add that Ryan worked hard to get us the price we were willing to pay. Further, we never felt "pushed" to make a purchase. Overall, Ryan is personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and super-helpful. Because of Ryan, we had a very pleasant car-buying experience. I highly recommend him to all prospective buyers.
