Customer service does exist. I have had nothing but troubles with my new ridgeline. It has been in the shop a lot and every time Don has been unbelievable. He is understanding and I have had nothing but troubles with my new ridgeline. It has been in the shop a lot and every time Don has been unbelievable. He is understanding and accommodating and compassionate. Without having Don taking care of my issues I would have lost my cool a long time ago. He has taken customer service to a whole new level. That being said, I would say he is being under utilized. Casey should have him training all employees on what customer service should be like. I have seen no one better at their job than Don. I would also like to acknowledge the master technician Patrick. Sorry I don't have his last name. He is also amazing at his job and deserves praise.
