Customer service does exist. I have had nothing but troubles with my new ridgeline. It has been in the shop a lot and every time Don has been unbelievable. He is understanding and accommodating and compassionate. Without having Don taking care of my issues I would have lost my cool a long time ago. He has taken customer service to a whole new level. That being said, I would say he is being under utilized. Casey should have him training all employees on what customer service should be like. I have seen no one better at their job than Don. I would also like to acknowledge the master technician Patrick. Sorry I don't have his last name. He is also amazing at his job and deserves praise. Consumers have to understand handling service issues takes time. An immediate turn around expectation is just realistic and should never be placed on a team.
