I Left Feeling Belittled I had a horrific experience today with the service department. I made an appointment the day before and specifically asked the lady if Casey could pro I had a horrific experience today with the service department. I made an appointment the day before and specifically asked the lady if Casey could provide the service I needed. I've got an older truck, so I was met with an attitude from the get-go. Gray haired guy up front oozed skepticism and wasn't nice at all, who then sent me to Gene, who didn't understand the technical nature of the service I needed. He asked one of the mechanics who made an assumption about my vehicle without talking to me. I then asked Gene to have the mechanic come out so I could show him what I needed done. The mechanic immediately pointed out the I had a different engine than came in the truck, and I pointed out that it had no bearing on what I needed done. Between Gene and the mechanic, they came up with every excuse they could not to work on my truck, and said "you put this truck together in your back yard. What do you want us to do?" I then explained that the truck is all factory GM parts and I needed one RPO code changed in the computer, which has to be done at the dealership, but they wanted me to pay them to research how to do it. I asked Gene, "why did the lady give me an appointment for this after I specifically asked her if you could do it?" to which he replied "of course she will tell you we can do it." I did not deserve the belittling nature of my treatment here and will never come back. STAY AWAY More

Jeff has got to be the best !!!! I have been taking my cars and trucks (15 of them) to Jeff ever since he started working there.... Every time is hassle and worry free !!! The Service Team Lead by Jeff Amos I am a long time returning customer to the Service Department at Casey because of the great personal service of Jeff Amos. He and his lead Tech Will h I am a long time returning customer to the Service Department at Casey because of the great personal service of Jeff Amos. He and his lead Tech Will have always taken the time to take care of all my vehicles,including my company vehicles. I also had the pleasure of meeting another polite young man Jamel working as a Service Assistant. Jeff's teams personal touch is the reason I continue to return and have bought from Casey. The only down side is you are now sent to a call center off site when you call. The way around that is ask to be transferred and you're back speaking with the familiar voices of Patsy or Denise. If you need anything done go see Jeff and team and say hey to the ladies in the office while you're there. Tell them Eddie says hey too. More

I love the fact that they do know and understand what what requests and needs. I never wait to long, very pleasant and courteous enviroment. Please do not move or make changes.. of the Excellent team and their customer service. The younger generation do not have that quality. I heard unsettleing news from other customers they are upset that these people are getting replaced. I have been with this dealership since 2010. I will definately take my business and friends to Hutchens instead. If these professional and outstanding Service team are replaced it saddens me to see people that I know and love like family go. I have grown attached to this service team. Even started using the collision center and recieved superior service there also. You will loose several customers because of this change.
