Service Experience Last night, I hit a median turning left and completely blew out my driver's side rear tire. I happened to be right next to Casey Chevrolet. No traffic Last night, I hit a median turning left and completely blew out my driver's side rear tire. I happened to be right next to Casey Chevrolet. No traffic was coming, so I coasted into the parking lot. There was nowhere else to pull over that was safe. I noticed a sign that said that they match tire prices, so I decided not to put on a spare and go somewhere else that I would assume to be cheaper. It was 7:30 pm, so the service shop was closed. I dropped my key in the Early Bird box and hoped for the best. At 7:11 am this morning, I got a message from Jeff saying that he had already looked at my car and determined what I needed. He was on it before the office staff even knew my car was there. He gave me options and allowed me to choose without pressure. It was finished several hours ahead of schedule and significantly under the price I anticipated. I cannot say enough positive things about this experience...despite damaging my vehicle and needing to pay for any kind of repair. Everyone knows the stereotypes of repairing a vehicle at a dealership and none of those were the case today. I am so grateful. If you buy a car from this dealership, do not hesitate to have your service work done here. More

I have noticed that at times the service managers are a little kurt, but it can be stressful at times with everybody wanting their car serviced. Rich, even though he's busy, has always been polite and very knowledgable about cars and what we should do. He's very good!!! More
